Juanita Ortiz
As one of the founding paralegals for Bodden & Bennett Law Group, Juanita Ortiz has been a practicing paralegal for more than 15 years and has been working exclusively with Carlos A. Bodden and W. David Bennett for 10 of those years. She has over 10 years of experience in handling all aspects of personal injury claims, from pre-litigation to litigation status. She has overseen hundreds of personal injury cases through jury trial and at the appellate level.
For the first 5 years of her career, Ms. Ortiz gained her knowledge and passion for law by representing everyday injured heroes – police officers, firefighters, teachers, nurses, construction workers, farmworkers, and many more. This experience provided Ms. Ortiz with the knowledge and compassion that serves her now in her continued representation of injured members of our community.
Ms. Ortiz has a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Devry University.
Ms. Ortiz is fluent in Spanish and a resident of Palm Beach County, Florida.
